When can I expect to receive my order?

Standard delivery of garden merchandise generally takes 3 - 7 business days, depending upon the distance of the delivery address. Plant-of-the-month will arrive within the first two weeks of the month. There may be instances of severe weather that delay the plant-of-the-month delivery. Indoor plants and container garden plants will be shipped within 3 - 5 days of your order and will be sent via 3 day USPS.

Do I have to login to place an order

If you have not logged in to the website, a log in screen will be displayed asking you to login using your email address and password. If you have not registered with the website previously, you will be asked to register with the website before proceeding with the purchase. Customers always have the ability to shop and view their cart without registration or log-in, but to make a purchase, registration is required.

I forgot my password, oh my!

No worries, if you forget the password needed to login, there will be a link to retrieve the password. You will be taken to a page where you can enter the email address used at registration to receive a link which will reset the password. Below is the email you’ll receive:

All items purchased from GardenGirl are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Shipping and Handling

Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the weight used to calculate the shipping charges at check-out.  The actual weight of live plants at the time of shipping may vary.  This is due to the variation in water content of the soil and the size of the plant.  Additionally for all merchandise and plant shipments the size and volume of packing materials may vary in weight.  Therefore all shipping charges are for Shipping & Handling.

Product Descriptions

GardenGirl attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, GardenGirl does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
